Default 2 Speed bus wiper motor
Re:: Anyone out there have a spare wiper motor for a bus?

I'd been running a 12 volt 2 speed motor from a '71 bus in my '58 Single Cab for about 20 years. It gave out a year or so ago. I bought a 12 volt armature to fit in the old six volt unit. It works but is really loud and runs really fast.

That reminds me of when I bought my 66, I converted it to 12 volts but left the wiper motor alone, didn't need them so I didn't even think about it, them dang wipers went so fast & so loud for about 15 minutes, it was raining really hard when I got off work, turned on the wipers & was amazed at how fast they went, I swear you barely see the dang things, about half way home they just stopped, but the motor kept on going, they were going so fast that it broke the little stub off where the linkage connected everything to the motor, it was crazy fast

"Can't" is a word that means your to lazy to even try.
