Default Piston Rigs choice

What are the best piston rings for stock bore Mahle 85.5 pistons and where can I get them from ?

I contacted Mahle and they don't offer any now . I'm still looking around for the best to use .

You just have to be brave to seat chrome rings... LOL . I usually just set at high rpm and go do something else... 1800 or so... allow to heat up for full cycle, cool down to ambient . Cycle about 6 times a day for 2 weekends and have pretty good luck getting the rings to seat nicely. Pretty scary on a new build/rebuild, but it certainly increases my confidence in my engines if they can handle my run-out abuse.

My first choice would be Moly rings, they break in instantly.
No idea who sells them in that size.
