have you looked through this thead? There's definitely at least three different trailers there. Harmon is in Missouri, but the one with the bug says it's from Indiana. The Shadow in this thread is pretty funky looking.

Props to the caned Ham the guy Jerrod built great proportions for a bug.

Hey John. I'm planning a camping trip out to Elkhart, IN to visit the RV Hall of Fame (go ahead & laugh but it is a real place) this summer. They have a library and is in the heart of RV country. We will have to do a ton of research before I go so I can research through what they have there.
I would build a Shadow once I get some plans together. I know my friend would be interested in the build too.
I saw the Dramba thread. Cool Can but the rear bumper doesn't match the Can.\
Hey Fungus, Look around the Serro Scotty clubs. There are a ton of miniature Canned Hams those guys build. They build Scotty & Shasta copies from scratch. Some use the cheap HF trailers & boat trailers.

It'd sure be cool to see this running alongside Hebster52's and Ray-Dean's mini-volksrods:

Might look really good with a narrowed bus bumper...

Definitely agree a bus bumper would better. I've seen quite a few pics of campers made out of busses. Saw a really cool one made from two early bus rears. It had a westie top, dual hinged side door and the rear doors opened, one end was safari and had full screens, etc, and the other end still had the engine bay and had a galley in the rear deack area and quite a good storage area in the old engine bay.It almost looked like one of the larger Eriba Pucks. It was all painted to match the bulli that was pulled it. they had a large awning that stretched between the trailer and the bus when parked next to it. I wish I still had those pics.
It was really close to this
but was totally rigged out like this.
ah-cha! I think this was it.

I thought long and hard about doing this to my 00 wagon when the timing belt broke and thrashed the engine. The car had already been wrecked badly three times and wasn't worth shit as a car. MY wife drew the line on that one.

Re: The "SH*T" Thread - continued...
John, all those look good except the last... Tongue weight on that last one might be an issue. Granted, it should be pretty light under normal conditions, as they won't be hauling much in it.
With both of those bus trailers they've gotten smart and moved the axle/wheel openings forward. I saw one before where they retained the stock location...

I bet that bus trailer tows terribly too unless there is a bunch of weight up front on it.

Didn't some one here find a chopped van called the Warlock?
if so, this was it before , the North Star.
This just looks familiar.

Yep, that's who it was. Just looked thru his threads, he was after dodges, pretty sure this is a chevy. Nebula, Galileo, warlock, north star, kinda like bugs, other than paint, they look so much alike til you get into the fine details~

Crashed into the side of a skyscraper before too, seems like his chute had a case of horseshoes... Dude's nuts, but his videos are amazing!
While working on my AFF certification, I met a 52 year old chick who did basejumping and always flys a wingsuit. I fell in love. Hardcore mountainbiker too.
