It eventually had to come to this even though it took some time ;)
As we got to the last bit of assembly we also got the chance to get it on the ground outside the garage...... luckily it all looked as Mark had envisioned 4 years ago... and i must admit i love the car almost as much as he does. Feels so good to get this far.
Got some pics of the finished product to go along with the ones our friends allready put up for us, so here's to Volksrodding!!!!!! get'em rolling dudes and dudettes B)

Nice work! Makes me crawl under my skin to get my Hebster home to my new garage!!!

Will it be a strictly open roadster or will it get a hood (Soft / hard top)?

You should post the whole process again. The threads in STF is history, but pics would be interesting to anyone here. Especially for those newbies who haven't seen it from the begining. ;)

Unbelievable. It looks like it was MEANT to be that way. I'm selling all my projects now, and starting a new hobby, as I will never be worthy of anything comparable to that. It's kindv'e like sleeping with Brittany Spears, you know. You may as well hack it off after that.

Great Job.

P.S. Anyone into Beanie Baby collecting?

Very nice! The picture of him driving is priceless.

The whole build-up has been incredible to watch, and now after four years of laboring, it is finally done. Cool.

And it looks great! What an inspiration to all of us tinkering with project cars!
One day we can all DRIVE something....whatta concept.

If that car doesn't end up in several magazines, something is wrong.

Way cool...thanks for posting the pics.

:D
Thanks a million , you guys.
All your nice words makes it all worth the while.
4 years are a long time, but after this week ends show, it's all forgotten.
The first spin with the car made my mouth hit both ears. :D
It would be a lot of fun, to see it in a magazine, but i dont think they will drop by Denmark for a picture shoot and a little talk.
I would like to thank my brother Thomas. He helped me build the car and came up with a lot of good ideas. Thanks a mill' bro.
Also thanks to Tømrer Lars, Henrik Scharling and VWMorten for their help.
Good friends are worth a lot. Thanks a lot, dudes.
I'll try to post pics from start to finish, one of these days. Thomas has got most of the pics on he's computer, so i'll need he's help.

Once again...... thanks a lot for your backup, through the last couple of years.
