been here just a little bit,so its time to say hello. it great to see people with crazy one-of-a-kind ideas like I've had for years. I like to "create"things other people cringe at.with bugs i've seen lifted,lowered,cut,,twisted,ect..... some cookie cutter cars, some realy original.I own a 70 baja bug,no glass, cut and weld, steel all the way, thats the only way! isn't it?bwhy buy it when you can make it is my moto.
i am 45 yrs old.real name is robert.got aloving wife who is into vw's,and rods, she is (purple myth) two ,almost great ,kids. ok , bla, bla, bla.we built her car ground up,and mine was first.don't know if she has put in pic of mine or not,but will put some in as soon as i have time.and again heelo and iys great to be here.

even though it's the brightest green I could mix, I call it slim lime with a twist, at least once a week, some blind nut doesn't see me or they are so blinded by the color they try to hit me!
And my foot just gets heavy when ever there's a mud puddle!

after I added, more lights~

and some mud~

hmm to start, I lurk alot and wifie puts things in here intro more than I do, she keeps things straight.
What happened to all my bug pics? theys gone? oh well will put them back when I get done with the new toy. Ran into a guy a few months ago needing intakes and things for an engine. Also has a turbo engine he's gonna drop off, freebie~ Today guy comes over, needs a lil $ to tag his new truck for a daily driver. So, we went and looked, and brought home this~

he gave me a set of hoosier tires too, not sure I'll run those, a smidge too wide for what I'm going for. But this will be something else to tinker with this summer. Of course that's after the bay is running and body work started, my baja back on the rd, and etc etc etc~~~
Gave the guy a card with the home address(vrs) on it, he's a pretty cool guy~

oh yeah, myth drove me there with trailer in tow~ even though she is afraid of bikes, she agreed to try a trike, maybe this will be good~
