Its been awhile since i updated . I got the new pans in . I cut them out of a sheet of 20guage .Once shaped right I ran them thru a bead roller to help stiffen . Got them welded in and everything else cleaned up now .
an this week I have painted all tunnel and suspension stuff . I also coated the pans with truck bed liner the roll on kind . hopefully it will hold up ok . so hopefully this week if my neighbor helps i can get the body back on pan to start measuring everything up . I have decided to go with the pickup instead of the roadster. So now i will have alot more work ahead of me .
I will try to post more often to keep things updated .

well been a while but really got a good day in today despite the heat . got a lot of the frame work done on the bed today . decided to measure after both sides are up and found that i was 4.5 inches wider in the ass end . i guess i was really going for the fat ass look . was able to do alittle
& and its all good now .

Well alot has changed since my last update . I didnt like the way the truck bed was turning out and didnt like some bondo issues i was havin so i did the unthinkable . I said piss on it . cut it all back to hell . I cut back of from the doors back including the doors stripped the pans out again and I am now changin my direction . I am going with a WOODY . I am going with the look kinnda like richards here in the members ride gallery . I am doing a body drop and going with rack and pinion steering setup . otherwise the steering box is completly thru the hood . I have the front end back on now with body drop done on it . I am waitin for some $ to get more tubing to do more of frame work . But i am stoked now . Startin new job next week with alot more $ and free time . so maybe progress will roll quicker .
I dont have but a few pics now but it hasnt changed but the hood is back on now .

I am diggin the name that just keeps popin to my mind is KERMIT

Well have had the last couple of days off waitin to start new job and had the house to my self so i got a little done . startin going up with the sides . I shaped the side as the same countour as the rainn gutter area so it wouldnt turn out boxy lookin . I like the way it is lookin though
still a long way to go though . but it will be worth it .
